PRINT PURCHASE FAQ

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. I do ship my artworks to any destination in the world.

How do you ship artwork?
All prints are packaged rolled in hard protective PVC tubes to insure safe delivery and to protect your art. The PVC tube construction also makes unpackaging quick and easy. If I can give you an advice, open the tube and take the print out of it at your professional framing service so you will avoid print damages. I send my prints via UPS courier. It takes around 3-5 days. All artwork is shipped fully insured.

Once I purchase a piece of art, how many days will it take to arrive?
Artwork is typically shipped within five to ten business days. Shipped art may take only 3-5 days via UPS, depending on the destination country and your preferences. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact me after placing your order at fabriziopotestad@gmail.com so that I can arrange expedited shipping.

How much does shipping cost?
I send my artworks via UPS courier - the world's largest package delivery company and a leading global provider of specialized transportation and logistics services. Shipping costs varies depending on the destination country and your preferences.

What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal via my website store .  If you want to make payment via wire transfer, contact me. A wire transfer can be made from one bank account to another bank account or through a transfer of cash at a cash office.

What kind of materials and printing technique do you use?
All photos are available for purchase as a Limited Edition full color prints. I use an archival 100% cotton fine art paper Museo® Silver Rag™ *  with pigment ink of the highest museum quality and standards which guarantees long lasting color and saturation. Museo® Silver Rag™ *  is made to archival standards: gloss finish, 100% cotton, internally buffered, no optical brighteners, pH: 7.9-8.5, weight: 300 gsm, thickness: 0.015” (380 μm), designed for pigmented inkjet inks. * Papers or printing techniques may differ from one project to another.

Can I see the print on a real wall?
I offer a unique way to preview your art selections before you make a purchase. The view on the real wall, allows you to see how a particular piece of art will look on your wall in a living room. You can find it on every specific print‘s page.

What does “Limited Edition” mean?
All of my artworks are labeled as a Limited Edition . Pieces that are in a limited edition are produced in a set limited quantity. Generally, editions are smaller than 50 pieces total. Limited edition works are generally more valuable because of the limited number available. Each print contains certificate of authenticity, personal signature on the back bottom right and it is limited edition. Once limited editions run out the prints will no longer be available.

What does “Unique one of a kind piece" mean?
Some of my artworks (the largest ones) are labeled as the "Edition of 1 — Unique one of a kind piece".  It is the most exclusive print from whole series. It is the One of a kind piece, created by the artist.

Do you provide framing services?
I prefer sending rolled prints in a tube, but I am also able to offer framing for all photographs. If you are interested in framing for your print, please contact me at fabriziopotestad@gmail.com and I would be happy to help you.

Is the artwork purchased at your store a financial investment?
I encourage art collectors to purchase artwork for enjoyment and aesthetic values. However, art can be a financial investment as the demand for a particular piece of artwork grows. I can compare my print prices after 20 years of my career. Basically it has been increased by 4000%. For example 180x100 cm big print cost 200 € in 2007. Same size print costs 8,000 € now.

May I return a piece of artwork if it does not meet my expectations?
I want you to love your new art, so if a piece doesn't quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order and I will issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging. At this time, there are no returns on special orders or artwork that is altered at the request of the customer.

How do I return a piece of artwork?
My return process is easy. When you first receive your purchase, keep the original packaging. Repackage the artwork in its original tube and contact me at fabriziopotestad@gmail.com. Artworks that are returned damaged will not be refunded.

What should I do if I receive a damaged piece of art?
I package all prints into hard protective PVC tubes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare case scenario. But In case It happens and you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours at fabriziopotestad@gmail.com. Please keep the tube and all packaging material and take some photos of the damaged print; I must have it in order to process the claim to the insurance company.
